REQUIREMENTS:
Artwork must be a PNG file with a transparent background and a resolution of 300 dpi. Shirt will print exactly as it is shown in the preview. Files that are less than 300 dpi may print blurry. All sales are FINAL.
**Please note - we are unable to print ANY copyrighted material, including professional sports logos/names, copyrighted characters, etc. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this policy. Any orders submitted with copyrighted art will be canceled and refunded, less a 10% restocking fee.

Due to the pretreatment process during printing, we recommend washing items before wear.
Machine wash cold; non-chlorine bleach as needed.
Tumble dry on low heat. Do not dry clean.

We offer very affordable shipping for our Canadian neighbors, and Canadian orders over $100 ship FREE.
Due to the nature of our products, your items may ship in separate packages.
All items go into production shortly after placing your order. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of placing your order. Apparel ships directly from our printing company, and bulk custom orders ship/deliver directly from our headquarters in PA.
All orders ship via USPS/UPS/DHL; delivery dates CANNOT be guaranteed.
